All the local amenities are on the doorstep, the supermarket is 50yards away, as is the city centre with its shops, banks, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast path. Public transport is also on the doorstep, which provides links to our beaches, North and South Pembrokeshire, and with rail links to the rest of the country. More

Booked the apartment in the centre of St David’s. All amenities there except beach towels ! Two preserves and two cakes waiting for us to sample. Car parking nearby. Area brilliant for walking. Beautiful coastal scenery. Bus back if you don’t want to walk back....More

Right in the middle of St Davids, a block from the center of tow. Easy access to services, St Davids Cathedral and the ocean. Apartment is very well equipped, well maintained, and clean.

About the neighbourhood
The city offers a variety of shops ranging from those selling local fresh produce, art and craft, surfing equipment, shoes and clothing. St. Davids seems to be emerging as a centre for clothing retail, attracting brands such as Fat-Face, White Stuff, Joules and Crew to name but a few. The city also boasts a fine farmers market which springs up around the market square every Thursday. The main attraction is the wonderful 12th Century Cathedral and nearby Bishop's Palace. Engulfing this unique village city is the beautiful coastline that attracts walkers from all over the globe. Its breathtaking scenery offers an incredible resource of wildlife, bith flora and fauna, spectacular seabirds and sea life.
Getting around
Coast/Beach: Our beaches, coves and coastline vary from about 0.5-2 miles, 10-30 minutes walking, 2-10 minutes driving. Travel: Bus links to Fishguard Harbour, 13 miles, to connect to Irish ferries, also to Haverfordwest, 17 miles to rail station. Cardiff airport is approx 2 hours away. Distances: The picturesque harbour village of Solva is about 3 miles eastbound. Haverfordwest, the market town of Pembrokeshire is 17 miles eastbound.
