A delightful cottage, small but perfectly formed! The owner has provided everything you will need on your break. The cottage was spotless. The private garden was beautiful, it had shade and and sunshine. We had lovely weather too! I would highly recommend this cottage.

About the neighbourhood
White Lilac cottage is perfectly placed for a wealth of activities and attractions on the beautiful and peaceful Isle of Anglesey as well as in the majestic Snowdonia mountain range just across the Menai Straits. Whatever type of holiday you plan, the area has something for you. Walkers are spoilt for choice of quiet strolls along the country lanes near the cottage, on the 125 mile Anglesey Coastal Path or rambling through the wilds of Snowdonia. We love especially the 20 minute walk from White Lilac down to the sea at the Menai Straits and catching the last rays of sun at sunset. Cycling must be tried on the many dedicated routes and in the North Wales forests. Also, a must is the world heritage sites of Caernarfon, Conwy and Beaumaris.

Or why not take the bus from outside the cottage into Bangor or across the Island. but if you have a car you can most easily explore the many beaches nearby and find those hidden gems
