So pleased on arrival to find A/ wonderful view over the Straits to the Snowdonia range: B/ pub on corner opposite.
B was unfortunately closed down but will be opening next Easter apparently. A is still available.
Very comfortable cottage ideal for two with a small enclosed back garden and table and chairs out front from which to admire the view. Had trouble with the wifi and turned out that the local mast was down but cottage owners couldn't have been more helpfull. All facilities were more than adequate.
Anglesey itself is a wonderful island to explore with each side having a different aspect and charm of it's own. Great coastal walking.
Very friendly pub in LLanfair, the Penrhos Arms with a good pint of Bass and decent food right opposite the station with the longest name in the world. Good restaurants in Menai Bridge.
