A spacious and unique one bedroomed apartment in a Victorian villa centered in the heart of Troon, only two minutes walk from the fabulous seafront promenade and beach, and one minute from the town centre. The property can be accessed directly from the street via its own front door and there is also a little private courtyard to the side of the property, also accessible from the street. Access to the courtyard, from the house, is off the utility room and there is secure storage for golfclubs or bicycles directly opposite the back door. The apartment has one peaceful double bedroom, with the window (small window seat) looking out onto the courtyard. The large dining kitchen has a five ring gas hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. The property has an up-to-date Landlord's Gas Certificate, linked fire alarm and carbon monoxide monitors. The lounge is very bright and spacious with the unusual feature of a small separate room, ideal for guests who are sleeping in the lounge to use as a dressing room. Hairdryers are provided. The lounge has an attractive living flame gas fire and retains the Victorian coving and centrepiece on the ceiling. Attractive, freshly decorated, this room has a very comfortable bed settee and coordinated chairs, providing a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. We had a great stay in Troon, which is a great base to explore this lovely area. We had great days out both on Cumbrae and at Culzean. The flat has everything you could possibly need for your holiday.

It runs in a southwesternly direction from the city of Glasgow, past the towns of Giffnock, Newton Mearns, Kilmarnock, Prestwick, Ayr, Maybole, Girvan and Stranraer to the town of Portpatrick on the Irish Sea.
