A spacious and unique one bedroomed apartment in a Victorian villa centered in the heart of Troon, only two minutes walk from the fabulous seafront promenade and beach, and one minute from the town centre. The property can be accessed directly from the street via its own front door and there is also a little private courtyard to the side of the property, also accessible from the street. Access to the courtyard, from the house, is off the utility room and there is secure storage for golfclubs or bicycles directly opposite the back door.

The apartment has one peaceful double bedroom, with the window (small window seat) looking out onto the courtyard. 1 Welbeck Crescent is within a traditional building 200 yards from the seafront. Susan takes pride in the service she provides and we felt very welcome and at home. We really enjoyed Troon as a place to stay. Top marks and thank you!

Susan's flat was perfect in all ways - fabulous central location on Portland Street and a spacious, cosy place to spend a break in! Susan left lots of the basic provisions (so no need to rush to the nearby general store), as well as several mini gins plus tonic as she knew that we were going to the Big Gin...

We've arrived to Troon for the Ayrshire Real Ale festival and searched for a place to stay within a reasonable walking distance from town hall. We couldn't have hoped for a better choice! Susan's flat is located just on the edge of Town Centre - close to all the restaurants and necessities while still quite and private. The flat itself...
