A spacious and unique one bedroomed apartment in a Victorian villa centered in the heart of Troon, only two minutes walk from the fabulous seafront promenade and beach, and one minute from the town centre. The property can be accessed directly from the street via its own front door and there is also a little private courtyard to the side of the property, also accessible from the street. Access to the courtyard, from the house, is off the utility room and there is secure storage for golfclubs or bicycles directly opposite the back door.

The apartment has one peaceful double bedroom, with the window (small window seat) looking out onto the courtyard. The Flat is so near the town. Just a very short walk. A lovely area and at night it is so quiet perfect for a good nights sleep. Troon its self is very nice with a beautiful seaside. We will definitely go to the flat...More
