About the neighbourhood
Property is set in a beautiful estate surrounded by farmland and forest. Very peaceful. Close by is the river Tamar which divides Devon from Cornwall
Getting around
A car is essential. There are so many interesting places to visit on both the North and South coasts and the moorland of Dartmoor and Bodmin. Visit the coastal village of Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed, Tintagel (Arthurian legend) is just a little further along the coast. On the other coast, visit Fowey, home to Daphne du Maurier and Rosamunde Pilcher. Further down into Cornwall is where Poldark is set and filmed.
