Holiday Rental House
Shippon End is a mews style barn conversion exclusively managed by Dart Valley Cottages. With great character and atmosphere, this cottage is designed around uniquely quirky odd corner angles, lending an extra charm. A reverse level property you go upstairs to enter the living area on the first floor with the bedrooms on the ground floor. Local amenities and the river are all within walking distance and even though Shippon End has no private outdoor space it does benefit from the 4 acres of communal space of Dittisham Court and a private parking space. Dogs are welcome at Shippon End. Accommodation: The cottage is accessed via a small set of steps to front door which opens into a hall leading to the sitting room with dining area, painted pine dresser, attractive matching furnishings, sofa,...Shippon End is a mews style barn conversion exclusively managed by Dart Valley Cottages. The well equipped kitchen features new cream units and black work tops, with electric hob and oven, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Nearby: The village pub The Red Lion is a 5 minute walk around the corner, The Red Lion also hosts the village shop and post office. A 10 minute walk will take you to The Quay where you will find the Ferry Boat Inn and The Anchorstone Cafe as well as ferries to Greenway and Dartmouth. Availability: In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Friday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible. Out of peak season we don't need to keep to a Friday changeover. Please get in touch if you need any advice or tips on places to visit, walks (we're right on the South West Coast path), pubs & restaurants etc. Google 'Shippon End Dittisham' to find out more and get in touch.More
