Equipped with a double bed and a large sofa bed dressed in white soft touch, sateen stripe bed linen and can accommodate 3 adults comfortably and is also a favorite of families who like to bunk together. This room has a shared bathroom with the standard double room only, and can also be booked together at a discount for larger families. The room is south facing enjoying the sun all day long and overlooks a small farm and rear outdoor dining area. Bedrooms are complete with welcome tray, guest information book, bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience. Award winning local shops, restaurants, beaches and lots of fun, family friendly activities are on offer to you in North Wexford. A warm Irish welcome awaits you with complimentary home made scones & tea/Coffee on arrival. We look forward to your visit. We do like to take an interest in the wonderful stories and conversations our guests have to offer but we will respect your privacy if you so prefer. Local activities include: Barnadown equestrian center situated a one minute walk away (Show jumping and pony camp) Well's house (woodland walks, fairy gardens, terraced gardens, clay pigeon shooting, archery, playground and much more) Wexford lavender farm (largest lavender garden and woodland trails) Kia Ora mini farm (Petting zoo, picnic, mini diggers and much more) Pirates cove (Bowling, crazy golf, water zorbs, mini race track, slots, resturaunt and so much more) Adventure Alley (Ice skating, trampolines and pool) Gravity (high ropes, archery, laser tag and zip wires) Courtown adventure centre (swimming and leisure and so much more) We will be more than happy to provide you with recommendations and details of local activities. We are a pet friendly family and a small working farm, animals are our lives. We love animals. We have numerous pets, farm animals and a working sheep dog/farm cats who loves the added company of guests and are very friendly. Please be aware that animals are restricted to certain areas and do not at any time enter the property but do wander in common areas including the rear garden where our hens graze. Rural retreat within 5 mins of the Buzz of Gorey

Impressive large sized room.
