The contrast between the stainless steel appliance, cook range with the dark cabinetry and the hard wood floors is striking. A six eye gas stove provides the platform to prepare wonderful meals for the entire family. A breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen provides seating for six. The living room is fantastic with its high ceiling, two comfortable sofas and new large flat screen television. The dining room offers additional seating for eight. A third master suite is located just off of the living room on the second level. This suite features a king bed, and private bath with a whirlpool tub. Finally, the third level brings you out to the rooftop deck after walking through the sixth bedroom that features a day bed and private bath. The roof top deck was just expanded, and provides wonderful views of the Island and Atlantic. With comfortable seating on the roof top deck, or one of the many decks that grace the exterior, your family will have countless opportunities to the enjoy the sound of the ocean, smell of the fresh salt air and the gentle southwest breeze.

1. Taking the wife & twins to Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. Located right under the Arthur Ravenel Bridge on the Mount Pleasant side, this park has an incredible Ravenel Bridge themed playground, large spaces for picnicking/playing/viewing outdoor movies, a huge 1,250-foot-long fishing/walking pier, and the delicious River Watch Cafe Sandwich & Ice Cream shop. With Movies in the Park, Party in the Parks, and other seasonal festivals, there is always some fun to be had here!
2. Lunching at Home Team BBQ - Sullivan's Island. If you are on Sullivan's for lunch, there is a great chance you will catch Chad grabbing a bite at his back left table. The food is incredible and a staple of Charleston now with three locations (West Ashley, Sullivan's Island, and Downtown Charleston).
