Excellent Bedroom Separation 2 Master Suites Ideal for multi-generation families, 2 family sharing, 4 couples golf/tennis. Bed arrangements flexible. All 4 bedrooms can be King-size beds or 2 King and plus one or more King or both left as twins. No couple is 'stuck' with a double, queen or the twins or bunk beds....everyone can have a king! The spectacularly equipped kitchen offers an island with seating for 6 at butcher block counter for casual meals, and stainless steel appliances. And a formal dining room that seats 10 on beautiful upholstered dining room chairs. This home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac just a three minute WALK to the beach. It has three levels with great bedroom separation. The first Master Suite has a window seat where you can relax after a long day at the beach, plus a private bath with shower. The second Master Suite has a large bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. In the bedroom, there is a separate seating area with beautifully upholstered chairs and table for reading. Twin bedrooms share a bath. One is directly attached. Twins can become King beds with 'doubler', so can be 4 bedrooms, each with King Bed! The large screened porch is off the living area, and connects the wrap-around-porch that overlooks the pool with a deck that continues to the front of the home. As out-of-town 'innkeepers', we are available 24/7 by cell, email and text. Our local property manager is 'on call' as well. We send a complete guide for the house in advance, with a copy at the house. In the guide, we explain everything about the house- all the appliances, services, recommend restaurants, activities. We enjoy getting to know our guests as they prepare for their vacation and especially pride ourselves in helping with any special details in advance of arrival (arranging for personal needs at the house). We love hearing from our guests when they are at the house and, if they need anything, we are Amazon Prime members and if needed, can send anything quickly. We keep in touch with many guests - a 10 Canvasback Fan Club!

Amazing Family Vacation

Hilton Head has the best beach in the United States - maybe the world! The beach is composed of ground oyster shells - a fine, packed sand, unlike rock sand to the north. Sea Pines is the best of Hilton Head, with fabulous biking on the beach (yes, you can ride on the beach!) and paved paths, tennis opportunities, golf and great dining. Just as important, there are great supermarkets and family-owned restaurants and businesses. Easy to eat in, eat out. We love the three minute walk to an uncrowded beach and the leisurely stroll to the beach club with our dog for the morning paper and coffee. The Beach Club Our beach is directly accessible only to the people who live on our beachwalk. It is a comfortable distance ( 9 beach markers) -an easy walk, or bike ride, to/from the res...

Most families have one car for getting to the grocery stores, but many people use bikes the whole vacation to go everywhere on the island. Many restaurants are within easy biking, and the beach is within steps. It would be tempting to take a challenge and just use bikes for the whole vacation.
