Everything was very nice and roomy. I gave a four star rating to cleanliness because there were a couple of housekeeping issues I think should be addressed. 1) There was some discarded papers that should be cleaned up on the side where the trash cans are and in the back yard. 2) Apparently the previous renters used the grill and removed the table on the back porch and placed it in the backyard which had not been returned to the porch. I also noticed a large meat/grilling fork laying on the window sill by the outside screen door as we were taking our towels to be washed. We didn’t take care of it because as I said we were in the process of leaving. 3) Although we were asked to start the towels in the laundry there was no detergent but we placed them in the washer so they would be ready. 4) I had read previously on another review about mold on the shower curtains. We encountered that as well.

The house was perfect for my family while we stayed in Columbia. Only suggestion is to have updated pictures of the property and the guest guide book to be placed on the dining room table. Thank you!

The house is very nice and clean. It does have 3 full bedrooms but there is one in the back that you have to go through another bedroom in order to get through the rest of the house. There are also two extra beds with curtain enclosure which is really only good for kids or those that don’t mind zero privacy. We had to provide a picture of our ID in order to get the passcode which we have not had to do before. This was last minute and if we didn’t want to do it we would have been screwed. I think we should have been asked for that at booking. The only thing I would recommend the owner to do is replace the moldy shower curtain in the bathroom near the kitchen.

Great proximity to USC
We spent Thanksgiving at this property and stayed a few more days to see a Gamecock football game. This home was better than advertised. The property was perfect for our extended family.
