Comfortable 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom attached townhouse with NEWLY renovated kitchen and living room for your use. Very convenient location close to everything in Camelback Mountain Area. Townhouse is situated in The Village at Camelback Community with community amenities included in your stay indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, indoor/outdoor tennis courts. This is the only community that offers ski on/off to Camelback Ski trails. And is located right by the Big Pocono State park. It's about a 5-10 walk to the Camelbeach Waterpark and Camelback Ski admissions from the house. 1 minute walk to community's pool and slopes are steps away for the ski on/off. Detailed description of the property and what is provided when you book with us is below Kitchen: Kitchen has microwave with outside exhaust, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, hand mixer, toaster, utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, salt are provided. Kitchen is also stocked with one roll of paper towels, kitchen sponge, dishwasher detergent pods, dishwashing soap, trash bags and hand soap. Once these are gone, you will need to purchase additional according to your needs. __ Bedrooms: 1 Loft Bedroom with 1 full size bed 1 Master Bedroom with 1 queen size bed 1 Bedroom with two twin size beds *Extra sleeping space for 1-2 people are in the living room on the pull out couch Bedding (pillows, blankets) and Linens are provided. (Extra comforters/blankets are in the closets in each of the bedrooms) __ 2.5 Bathrooms: 1-½ bathroom (only toilet and sink) 1 -stand up shower 1-bathtub Towels are provided (extra towels are in the laundry closet). Each bathroom includes one roll of toilet paper. A starter package of Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner are provided. After these are gone, you will need to purchase your own along with any other paper products or toiletries you may need for your stay. __ Living Room: Dining table with chairs - seats 8 Two very comfortable couches and a coffee table Fire Place (wood burning only) TV with Xbox (some games included), AmazonFire Stick (active accounts to NetFlix and Amazon Prime), BlueRay DVD player Board Games (Hot Seat, Twister, Jenga, etc.) WiFi Speaker with bluetooth connection __ Outdoor Area/Patio: BBQ Gas Grill (Propane gas tank provided) 4 Chairs and outdoor doning table __ Outside Closet: To store your skiing and snowboarding equipment (key is in the key box on the top of the fridge in the kitchen) __ Laundry Closet: Washing machine Drying machine Guest Access: The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court. __ The fitness room has equipment to accommodate most exercise regimens. There are free weights as well as a Universal Machine, Nordic Trac-Leg Lift Bike, Nordic Trac-Electric Weight System, Total Gym, Recumbant Bike and for walkers and runners a Treadmill.Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9am to 5pm Sat. & Sun. 9am to 5pm __ Indoor Pool is heated to 83 degrees year round. Pool hours for September 2018 is Saturdays 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am-6pm, Labor Day 11am-6pm. Pool hours are based upon lifeguard availability. __ Outdoor tennis court is particularly appealing during the spring, summer and fall. Waiting for a court is rarely an issue but if you must have a fixed time check with the office staff. About the neighbourhood
The area is packed with things to do during any season. Most are a very short drive away - outlet mall, Mount Airy casino, indoor water park (Kalahari and Aquatopia), snow tubing, restaurants, shooting range, paintball, etc The location of our house is right next to Camelback Mountain ski/snowboarding slopes for the winter fun and Camelbeach water park in the summer. Literally a 5-10 minute walk to admissions to both. And a short walk from the house for the ski on and off. Community‘s pool is a 1 minute walk from the house. Big Poconos state park’s hiking trails are also a walking distance from the house.
