The king bed is super high quality, centered on the forward looking space, just beneath the projection wall. A couch at the foot of the bed is for viewing movies and the linked TV on the big screen wall. The picture is 7'x 9'. An all wood infrared sauna which heats to 150 degrees sits just off the library area. It is equipped with mp3 speakers to link to a device. An 8' pool table is off to the left. The kitchen is a separate room and fully equipped. It comes with a glass cook top, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is filled with everything you might need. The bath is located directly at the entrance foyer. It is fully tiled with a radiant heated floor. There is also a separate heater in the wall. The shower enclosure is glass and all amenities like towels and organic shampoos are provided. We keep the bath at 80 degrees. The main space is kept at 72 degrees. The slab floor creates a luxury coolness during the summer months. There is a brick courtyard out the front entrance that is very private and off the main street. The Art loft is located directly centered in the historic town of Milford PA... a 2.5 hr trip from NY or Philly. Jive and Bar Louis are directly across the street. Dimmick Inn and the Milford Diner are 1 block away. The Patisserie is one block east...... A charming walkable experience. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 2245147805More
