Elegant, old - world charm meets modern comfort in the Glen Onoko Guesthouse. Housed in a charming old- fashioned soda fountain store, its a place for adventure seekers to gain a sense of the local experience. Built in 1874, the landmark features its original double display windows. In its great spaces with second acts, the Guesthouse merges old - world beauty with modern flair. Keeping some of the original details but redoing the kitchen and new hardwood floors, the resulting design creates a home that honors the past but isn't stuck in it. Located in the historic town of Jim Thorpe, the Guesthouse allows guests to connect with period details and a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the street. The living room features carved wood pillars and original wood staircase. ... Elegant, old - world charm meets modern comfort in the Glen Onoko Guesthouse.
