Hawkesnest is a lovely complex of five    luxurious townhouses - each beautifully appointed with luxury bedding, linen, appliances and furnishings. And all within very easy walking distance of White Sands Park and its beautiful beach. You will not be disappointed! Where will I be?    Hawkesnest is very centrally located at 44 Hawke Street,Huskisson. It is   within walking distance of either the town centre and harbour, or the local beaches. Rear lane access also gives safer and easier access to either White Sands Park and its beautiful   beach (250   metre    walk via Bowen Street), or Huskission Beach (400   metre    walk via Nowra Street). Why choose Hawkesnest? All townhouses in Hawkesnest are stylish, well appointed, carefully designed and fully landscaped - offering the complete package for a great weekend getaway or holiday. How is the property laid out?  this townhouse has a single storey configuration - a single lock up garage with internal access to the unit, anopen plan kitchen, dining and living area, outdoor deck with BBQ, a shared   bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), and the three bedrooms - two with queen beds, and one with a set of king single beds. The laundry is located inside the garage, and there is a also a separate, second toilet. All units at Hawkesnest have rear lane access to make the walk to the beaches easier, as well as use of the communal outdoor shower when you return. What about outdoors?  the townhouse   has an outdoor, covereddeck with table and chairs and    BBQ. All gardens in the complex are fully landscaped and privacy screening and fencing has been erected where needed. There is rear lane access for walking to the beach and a shared outdoor shower. Staying warm or keeping cool?!    the townhouse has one split system airconditioning unit in the downstairs living,   kitchen, dining area, and heaters and blankets are provided for each bedroom for the cooler months. What about sheets, towels or other supplies?  linen and bath towels are provided at Hawkesnest. Please however remember to bring your favourite    beach towels. Parking for cars, boats etc?    Parking is available for one vehicle in an extra wide single lock up garage. The complex also has two visitor spaces servicing four of the units. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?   2/44 Hawke Street is not pet friendly.  Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.  What are the minimum stay rules?  there is a minimum two    night stay for all bookings, which changes to three    nights on long weekends, four    nights at Easter and seven    night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.  Are there any special Peak Season rules?    please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. Is there any special information I should know about?  please be aware that the central driveway is shared by all five    units and access should not be blocked. WiFi, Internet, Netflix or PayTV - will I have it?   NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW.  If your  house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra.  Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi.  If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.  About us   This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
