Experience - The Area...Only yards from the sea and with direct access on to the dunes and lovely sandy beach of Perranporth, this ground floor privately owned holiday flat is set in a small development of purpose built holiday properties ideal for beach going families. A short footpath crosses over a stream and leads on to the dunes and three miles of golden sandy beach and also links up with the South West Coastal Path. Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surf lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. A comfortable living room has lounge seating, a dining suite, an electric fire and a double glazed rear door leading out to a communal paved terrace with partial sea views across the beach and sand dunes. On the opposite side of the hall there is a fully tiled shower room W.C. with hand basin and two bedrooms with a kingsize double and twin beds respectively, the former has oblique sea views from a large window. There is one designated car space in the shared parking area about 10 yards away accessed by an archway of 7ft 4in high and a narrow private road (6ft 8in at its narrowest). The travel directions will provide you with the details of the owner / housekeeper and instruction on who to contact a few days before your holiday to make the key arrangements. You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.
