Lovely big kitchen with all mod cons.
'The Lookout' A great place for families or friends to stay.
Oak Kitchen table made by my husband!
Bright, light and airy!
Large living area with underfloor heating and wi-fi through out.
Built in wood burner and large tv.
Large master bedroom with en-suite.
Master bedroom with king size bed, large  tv and ensuite bathroom.
En-suite bathroom with walk in shower and towel rail.

The Look Out is fitted out to a very high standard with contemporary fittings and furniture. Beautiful through out with many extra touches to make it a amazing holiday home.

There is a key safe at The Lookout and you will be sent the directions and key instructions when the balance is paid. We only live ten minutes away so any problems we are on hand to help.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at The Lookout and the house was even better than it looked in the pictures. The owners have thought of everything and left lots of little unexpected extras that we haven’t had before in previous holiday properties...More

Marhamchurch is a quiet village with a local shop, pub 'The Bullers Arms' and play park and only a mile from Bude.
A stone throw away is The Weir cafe, Bistro and wild life centre where they serve a great breakfast and a is a great place to base your self with free wifi. This is an ideal place to bring your dog or with walks along the canal into Bude or across farm land to the cliffs along Widemouth Bay.
Your children will love it here and will find plenty to do in the wildlife centre whilst you relax and catch up with friends or family.
Informative displays, giant images and interactive screens will amuse and educate them about the terrestrial and marine wildlife in the local area whilst you can easily keep an eye on them from the comfort of your table or a comfy chair. Or you...

POSTCODE FOR THE LOOKOUT IS EX230HE
Take the A30 from Exeter to Launceston.

Take the turning off the A30 to Launceston (signposted South Petherwin, Bude B3254), you then come to a roundabout, take the 4th exit and continue along this road for about 1 mile.

Just past a BP fuel station on your right you will reach a mini roundabout take the 3rd exit (Dutson Road) on the next mini roundabout take the first exit (Roydon Road) and continue for 1/2 a mile, when you reach the junction turn right (signposted Bude 16 miles).

After about 1.3 miles travelling along the Bude road (B3254) you will pass over Yeolmbridge (your priority), continue for another 8 miles which will take you through the village of Whitstone.

Tip: this maybe a good opportunity to stop for provisions at Premier Whitstone Vil...
