We are located only 10 minutes from Reading Pa and 20 minutes from Limerick Pa for our Travel Nurses and *Exelon Personnel. we are always here, but we give Guests all the privacy they need. Residential across the street, but we are agricultural preservation and a farm dating back toThe neighborhood homes were built after ours. We are close to shopping and highway if you drive in one direction. But, you can see many, many farms and even a covered bridge if you drive in the opposite direction. Guests will see another homes and cars which is well, to be expected and part of life. Our accommodations are located along a road so that you may drive here and not inside of the nature reserve itself which is reserved for wildlife. We invite you to visit the reserve with a member of staff. no public transportation, but lots of shopping only 1 mile away. Bike parking available if you wish to bring your Bike. Guests may not enter the Sanctuary on their own. But we absolutely invite you to attend daily swan feedings. The Lux is one of three apartments inside our 1906 farmhouse. It is the only apartment located on the 1st floor. Smoking is not permitted on the private balcony. But, Guests have access to a large front porch for smoking. We are dog friendly. There are dogs that live on the property. The Lux does not accommodate dogs. But, the other apartments do. We do not charge a Security Deposit. Instead, we are pleased to offer our Guests Security Dp insurance (as well as travel insurance for trip cancellations). The fee for a $5,000 Security Deposit insurance policy is $99. This covers you and your dog for the length of your stay, unless you extend your stay. The policy must be purchased a min of 24 hrs prior to check in.
