Fully renovated one bedroom self contained Apartment. With one queen bed and one Single.
Beside each bed has a bedside table with small night lamps.
The rate includes a breakfast hamper : bacon, eggs, tomato, cereal, bread, jams, yoghurt, juice, tea, coffee and milk. Extra person is $50 including their breakfast provisions. Maximum of 3 guests.
The lounge area has 2 x 2 seat lounge, coffee table and smart TV.
There are two luggage racks available for you to sit your suitcases on.
The kitchen as an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, plates, glassware, utensils and cooking oils and sprays, gladwrap, foil and baking paper to assist in cooking.
The separate generous sized bathroom contains double hand basins, roomy shower, towels, facewashes and complimentary toilet...

A hidden gem
Immaculate accommodation with friendly hosts, in a quiet off-street location in Devonport. Every comfort for guests has been considered and provided in this lovely restored house adjoining the hosts' house.
Beds, pillows and linen are comfortable; with lounge and television, WIFI, a full kitchen is available, with laundry and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was generously stocked with breakfast and beverage supplies, including a loaf of freshly baked bread provided by the wonderful hosts.
I definitely intend to return to stay at Silwood. Highly recommended !

Luxurious Apartment at affordable price.
Yvonne and Glenn couldn’t do more for us. They made us feel like friends visiting rather than hotel guests. It was our last night in tassy, we arrived mid afternoon to fresh apple cinnamon muffins, a full fridge of complimentary breakfast goodies and then Yvonne made us fresh bread for our breakfast, yum!. The unit had everything you could think of, quality linen, comfortable bed, fully appt kitchen and laundry, lovely bathroom, huge shower, soft towels and comfy leather couches. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, we where sad we couldn’t stay longer. We will be back though. Thank you so much Glenn and Yvonne

Good . . . really good
Stayed here two nights. Hosts Glen and Yvonne were outstanding – friendly and helpful enough to make us feel absolutely welcome, but not so in your face that it becomes embarrassing. They were full of local knowledge and recommendations, all of which were right on the mark.
Provisions in the apartment were very good and were re-freshed daily. The apartment has everything we needed, incl full laundry facilities, a roomy well-appointed bathroom, and a lovely private terrace to relax in.
Private off-street parking was great.
At night it quiet and peaceful. Beds were very comfortable.
We couldn’t fault it.

The perfect place to stay and enjoy your time in Devonport !
The breakfast provided was fantastic from fresh local eggs Bacon beautiful freshly baked bread Selection of Muesli and Juice was the perfect way to start the day of Adventure. The location was just far enough away from the main town to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to walk if you so desired and the History of the building added that extra charm.
Its the details that Yvonne and Glen have provided that make this stay exceptional thank you!
