The ground floor embraces an open-plan design that incorporates a lounge/kitchen/diner. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer,microwave,washer/dryer,dishwasher and there’s a separate dining area with seating for four guests. There are also some comfortable sofas in the lounge area to unspool at the end of the day. Large fully-glazed patio doors lead out to the private deck with garden furniture. There's also an electric flame effect fire in a feature fireplace,and a TV/DVD. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms in the eaves: one double and one twin,with sloping ceilings / ample head height. Both bedrooms share a contemporary-style fully tiled family bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower cubicle. The cottage has access to its own private decked area with garden furniture and there are several private spots for relaxing and picnics in the shared grounds which are a particular feature of this complex of properties. There's also a large shared courtyard and a children's play paddock enclosed with hedges and fencing that features swings,a slide and a trampoline.
