Sleeping up to 4 people, with all the comforts of a modern home. 10A has been decorated to a high standard and is much loved. The garden is an escape from it all and Mutley's Hut is an extension of the house and part of the tranquil experience. Throughout the flat, the furniture has been hand picked and lovingly placed, with the aim of making it a restful retreat all year around. The dining/reception room: has a beach feel to it with stripped floorboards, a feature fireplace made with reclaimed driftwood from the beach and some original features. The large bedroom: has a king size bed, a child's travel cot is available if required (Please advise) the room has been decorated and styled to be comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen: is small and well equipped, it has been totally refurbished with new machinery, including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven and washer dryer. The bathroom is small, newly refurbished with a walk in shower in half of it! Available to use: Central heating, linen and towels, iron and ironing board, washer dryer, dishwasher, wifi/broadband, Sky TV, T.V & dvd/Bluray Player, Sofa bed, BBQ, microwave, travel cot, high chair This is a no smoking apartment. Dogs are considered (please advise) We must stress that we are in a quiet residential area, and would not advise anyone wanting a party weekend, or a boisterous weekend, to rent this apartment. Whitstable is like no other town by the sea. Its traditional charms, strong arts culture and rich maritime history complement the town's modern appeal. It's main claim to fame is its oysters which remain an intrinsic part of this sea town's character. Whitstable is situated on the north Kent coast of England and is an old coastal town with a bohemian, laid back atmosphere with plenty to do and see. The old high street has great shopping with unique local shops, café's and bars and just around the corner is the working harbour where you can enjoy the catch of the day or simply watch the activities going on. Really Fabulous property all as described on trip advisor. Owners were very quick and efficient to respond to emails - the booking process was very easy. We arrived to a welcome bottle of wine - thank you!
