Bassett Road Flat 2 is a recently converted and modernised first floor property, located in a quiet residential street which is approximately 10 minutes walk away from Sittingbourne town centre and railway station. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Inside the flat, there is one double bedroom with a king size bed and TV, one double bedroom with a double bed and TV, bathroom with shower cubicle, wc and basin, kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer, lounge/diner with sofa, dining table and 4 chairs and TV. Wi-Fi is usually very fast and reliable here, provided by Virgin Media cable broadband. Outside of the flat, there is a small private garden area at the rear of the property with table and chairs. House Rules: Children and infants welcome - we can provide a cot and high chair for a small extra charge. Well behaved pets are welcome to stay but please advise us in advance. An extra £10 is charged for a booking including a pet to cover extra cleaning charges. Strictly no parties. No smoking in any part of the flat or the patio/garden area. Please wash up and put away your dishes before you leave and take out the refuse to the appropriate bin.More
