Nice property, good location. As other reviews stated, it is off the A road but rooms are on the other side so it’s not noisy. Even on the A side road, it still is not noisy. Check in was good, friendly amd efficient. Kitchenware is good. Would stay again.

The property was easy to find with the very clear instructions from the host. The property was very clean and bright and well equipped. It was perfectly placed for the activities and places we were wanting to see, including the ferry to IOW.

Perfect place to stay , there was everything you needed to make yourself at home. Lovely modern decor and very clean . We enjoyed our stay and perfect location for the New Forest , we walked into Ringwood and it only took 10 mins as there is a little shortcut . The Host Sam was very helpful

Could do with some local information, especially the short cut and very pleasant route to Ringwood which we only found by accident from a neighbour.

We were staying at Sam's for a university placemen...
We were staying at Sam's for a university placement we had locally. The property was perfect for this and would be lovely for a holiday stay too! It was nice to have the living area with a great tv to relax.
It is in a great location as well with a short walk into ringwood and good access to the new forest.
Sam replied so quickly when we had any questions which was very helpful!

Loverly property made to feel at home and welcome. Xmas tree wonderful, shame we had to leave early due to new tier’s and regulations and unable to see our family properly.
