We really enjoyed our stay here thanks. The house was great - very clean, spacious kitchen/dining room, comfortable sofas and great location.
I don't the advert makes it clear that one of the bedrooms is off another, so you have to walk through it during the night to use the toilet.

Just spent three days in Reydon and had a lovely time. The property is in a great position, quiet but not far from the middle of Southwold. It is clean and comfortable and pefectly suited our requirements for the stay. Only small quibble would be the lack of an upstairs bathroom but that is more than reflected in the price. Highly recommended.

We had a very relaxing stay for a few days; the cottage is in a great quiet location short walk from Southwold high st.
Cottage has comfy beds, it was cosy, clean, had everything we needed and more.
Thanks to the owners who answered any questions promptly. Highly recommended!!

This little cottage is ideally located opposite a well stocked local shop and close to coast path walks which is particularly handy if you have a dog. It is well equipped and is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

the cottage is ideally situated being only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Southwold and it's beaches
The cottage itself is very comfortable with a lovely corner shop on the opposite side of the rd, which provides a surprisingly good range of goods

Property in village next to Southwold but within walking distance to beach and pubs and cafes. Village shop across the street which had good selection of groceries. Would stay again.
