All communications and arrangements were handled excellently by the owner. The cottage is lovely and well maintained. Great location - lots of facilities within walking distance and plenty of day out options as well.

About the neighbourhood
Damgate Cottage is situated near the heart of the historic market town of Wymondham with shops, pubs and cafe all just a stroll away. The market place hosts markets each Friday and farmers markets every other Saturday this is also where you can find the nearest super market.
The streets are lined with historic houses and a the park and riverside walks at the end of the street is a good place to relax. Wymondham is perhaps best known for its 17th century market cross, an unusual building on stilts in the market place (houses the tourist information office) and for its 900 year old icon twin-towered abbey church complete with monastic ruins.
