Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars, including 1 garage parking space. Shared lawned garden with private gravelled area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs. Note: This property is on a main road, some road noise may be heard at peak times. Note: Please bring own dog bedding and dogs to be kept downstairs, off furniture and on a lead in garden. Note: Max. 5 adults and 1 child. Sorry no e-bikes or e-scooters allowed inside the property and no charging of these items on the premises. No charging of re-chargeable vapes overnight and not to be charged whilst unattended by guests. Please note: This property had a good housekeeping bond of £250. Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk. Town: The market town of Swaffham in Norfolk offers elegant Georgian buildings, a weekly market, twice-weekly farmers' market and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Swaffham is in a great location for touring Norfolk and enjoying the coastline, Broads, NT properties, museums, adventure parks and more.
