Two couples, old friends from way back in the day had a superb stay at Kit's Beck.
A beautifully presented and very well equipped cottage close to Sheringham sea front and some excellent eating places.
We look to visit again next year if we can organise a time that both couples can do.
Thanks Mark.

Totally recommended holiday cottage.
We found Kit's Beck to be an exceptionally pleasant holiday cottage. Although only a very short walk from the High Street and Beach the road was surprisingly quiet. It was nice to find a self catering rental where everything was provided with regard to equipment. We will certainly be recommending to anyone visiting Sheringham.

Best cottage ever!
Another wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. I would call this my Hot chocolate cottage as it makes you feel warm and cosy. Spotless as always. Mark was very helpful when heating didn’t come on but it was soon lovely and warm. I really don’t think you would ever find a better cottage that gives you everything. Looking forward to next April

Impeccably finished home away from home
Was unsure what we would find as had a email to say the house was not up to usual standard as was covid secure so was surprised to find the house was impeccably finished .The kitchen appliances were high spec and the small courtyard, a suntrap for lazy breakfast and very secure . Large quadrant shower with lots of hot water .
Footpath to side of house led to a field ,good for dogwalking.
The location was ideal near dog friendly beach and very close to town.
Only downside was the bunks were not full size so suitable for children rather than adults .
Would definitely like to visit again .

Lovely cottage
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Kit’s Beck after friends recommended the cottage. We love all the little extras, from fresh flowers on the table, to a well-equipped kitchen as well as milk and treats on arrival.
Great location, only 5 mins walk into town, and parking for 2 cars is a great bonus.
Everything is fresh and clean with great decor- we’ll be back!

Very Nice & Centrally Located Holiday House
We loved our visit to Sheringham. This house is really central with less than 5 minutes walk to Tesco, the shops & the beach. It's also ideal for walks. We did the coastal path to Weybourne (including a visit to the military museum), and the other way to Cromer. Plus the walk through Beeston Regis Common & woods. The parking place wasn't as tight as it looks on the photos, and is a necessity as Sheringham is busy.
The house itself is well equipped with extra touches provided like paper towel, toilet rolls, air freshener, foil, handwash etc. Although a box of tissues would have been a welcome addition.
The bedrooms were comfy and plenty of pillows, throws, blankets & cushions provided. We found downstairs a bit cold & joyless and the living room just wasn't all that comfy for evenings in front of the TV. I guess many people go out in the evening but I was visiting with my elderly mum & she likes to stay in.
Cleanliness was excellent although there were a couple of minor maintenance issues - the front door sticks so it's difficult to open & the shower drips unless you turn it off tightly (both things my mother struggled with).
Because we had lovely weather the courtyard was great (lovely table & chairs set). It loses the sun early afternoon but we found it a quiet spot even though it backs onto a public footpath.
Overall I would recommend this place and would have no hesitation in returning.

Thank you for your stay last week and taking the time to write a five star review of Kit's Beck.I'm delighted to read that both you and your Mother enjoyed your stay.
I am sorry that you didn't report the maintenance issues to me over the course of the week or leave a note for me as you left as I would have ensured that these were fixed for you during your stay. My number and email address are in the Guest Information Booklet and I'm always available.
We have furnished and equipped Kit's Beck as we like to live ourselves; simple, uncluttered, but with everything (and more!) needed for a great stay and we've had many compliments previously regarding the decor and comfort of the cottage, but perhaps this just wasn't to your taste.
I do hope that we can welcome you back to Sheringham again in the future.
Best wishes
