The owner has an apartment on premises that is completely independent of the rental property so it does not interfere with guests, but is available if needed. Additionally, when the owner is not available, the house staff is very near by and can get there easily to orient and help guests resolve issues
From Guadalajara International Airport, Take Hwy. 23 for 17 miles towards Chapala/Ajijic. Turn right into the HWY 119 'Libramiento Ajijic/Jocotepec for 2,8 Miles. Turn right into the gate of our development 'Chula Vista Norte'. Ask the 24-hr gate guard for further directions into Villa Garza.
