This is one of the set of five cotton mill homes that were constructed in the early 1900's by the Cotton Mill for their employees. The Cotton Mill closed in 2008 and you can still meet some of the neighbors who worked there living right beside you. The home has a front porch with swing, then a living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs two bedrooms. Backyard with shed. Parking right beside the home off street. Although the home has washer and dryer hook up, the laundromat is less than a block away. If you don't want to drive, you can walk three block to downtown for cafes, restaurants, banks, etc.
