The home is fully furnished with Linens, Internet, Sat-TV, DVDs, Games, Deck, Patio, Grill, Outdoor Fire pit, Boat Dock, & More. This is a Lake-Front property. Boat rentals are nearby. Owners sometimes offer a free Sunset cruise when intown. Many Waterfalls are nearby. Fishing, Canoeing, Swimming, skiing is there too. The Cashiers, Glenville, & Highlands villages are close by as well with many Restaurants, shopps, Grocercy stores, Coffee shops, & the cool weather Resort-life of the area. We typically are at property upon your arrival. We give the keys & go over some basic info. about the house & the area. What to doos...etc. We are always available thru text & a phone call if you need anything or have an issue. Your wonderful stay & enjoyment is our greatest concern.
Kid (under 21) are not allowed to be left alone at the rental. Typical checkin is 4-7p & typical check out is 10-11a. Smoking is allowed outside but not inside. No candles...

About the neighbourhood
This is the Highland Cashiers Lake Glenville area & Called the 'NC Plateau' All is above 3000' in elevation. This is why we have lower humidity & great climate. There is lots to do in the area. Many local restaurants, shopping, hiking, In summer there are free friday night concerts at the Village Green. Lake Glenville & Sapphire has an array of sports & fun thing to do. Boat rentals, Boat tours, Kayaks, Golf, Tennis, Boccie ball, & more. Ask the Hosts what you may like to do. Im sure they have answers.
Car is best, Some day trips are available to Cherokee, Sylva, Asheville & River rafting.
