The suburb of Malvern and Kensington are one of the older areas that were developed around the early mining industry of Johannesburg Surrounding it are private schools, shopping malls and centres and several restaurants that serve a variety of foods are within walking distance. The property consists of a secure 2 bedroom house with an cottage with an ensuite bathroom. The finishes consist of top end equipment and furniture. Guest parking is available on the premises. Free Wifi is also available.

The rental is located at the top of an escarpment in a residential suburb of Malvern East Ext 1 . The area has a number of shopping malls and shopping centres close by. Restaurants abound that cater to the tastes of different guests. Cyrildene that is 2.5km away has a vibrant Chinese community with shops and restaurants. Bedford centre and Eastgate Mall have several shops and restaurants too. For those who want to experience the inner city, Maboneng Precinct is 8 km away and consists of restaurants, coffee shops and art galleries. Keen fitness fundies can access close by gyms or take the streets to explore the area on the trot.

Travelling by car is recommended for distances over 2km and in the evenings.

How to get there
The premises are only 15 km from O.R.Tambo airport, and about 9 km for the Johannesburg CBD and 25 Km from Sandton City. From the airport, guests should take the R24 towards Johannesburg, then the N3 towards Durban and take Van Buuren Off Ramp. At the traffic lights (Robots) they should take right towards Malvern and pass 3 sets of Robots and immediately after a Sasol Petrol Station turn right into Parker Road. The premises are the 2nd property on the left.
