but reserve the adjacent studio for myself, so I may be around should you require anything.
The house is quirky and maybe not best for children ages 1 to 3 as steps have no rail if young kids walk around.

Columbia County NY is a beautiful agricultural area along the Hudson River. The county seat is the hip town of Hudson, NY. My property is about 15 min from Hudson. and 5 min from Kinderhook.
You will need a car or a bike. Uber and Lift service the area well. and a Bike in nice weather is perfect. The property is about 15 min from Hudson Amtrak station and 25 Min from the Albany Amtrak station
