About the neighbourhood
Surrounded by the Catskills Mountain in Delaware County, in the Historic Village of Fleischmanns and directly across the street from the Village Park lies the historic Queen Anne Victorian home called Weeping Willow, which was built in 1899. During the winter months while the streets are covered with snow, one parks on the lawn in front of the weeping willow tree. Under normal conditions, parking is on the street. There is always something to do according to the seasons, such as skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, hunting, tennis, soccer, basketball, baseball, golfing, tubing, swimming, and antique shopping.
Getting around
You will need a vehicle to get around these mountains...or take a Trailways bus to get near Weeping Willow.
