Overall this is a great property for anyone traveling out to Cooperstown. Lovely property on a quiet street. Close to Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Both adults and kids enjoyed their time in this charming home. The game room/garage was great for the kids. Communication with owners was prompt and friendly. Would certainly stay here again if back in the area!

We all got something different and fantastic from our experience here. The kids loved the chalkboards, retro desk, pencil sharpener, water fountain. Demerits all around--just because. Detention, too! For me, it was a cafe with beautiful classical music filling the walls surrounded with plenty of comfortable seating to read a book and listen to people chatting. For 3 of our families, it was a party from 1985. They filled that garage with oldies party songs/singing that had everyone laughing. They met in the evenings for darts, pool, and ping pong. Then, there was the kitchen. We had a couple of cooks in our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to share many meals--crock pot, pots and pans, dishes, and both Keurig and coffee pot. We picked up pork and beef from the local butcher. Pork slow cooked in the crock pot for bbq, beef for taco night, cold cuts and rolls from Price Chopper for hoagies, and a delicious breakfast everyday. Seems like the owners thought of everything when they setup this house. Our beds (we stayed on the main floor) were comfortable and we slept great. The other families said their spaces were comfortable as well. The extra blankets were perfect. The indoor temperature was easily regulated. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked great. It all worked out perfectly. We'd definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

This place is all that they said it would be. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we rented for a week. Everyone loved it. Kids and adults. Highly recommend.

We and an amazing experience. Really enjoyed the overall aesthetic of the home and it was perfect for my group of friends. Darcey and Evan were fantastic hosts. Very prompt to warn us that they discovered a leak in the game room prior to my arrival and really went above and beyond in every regard. I would gladly stay here again!

From the start the hosts were extremely attentive, helpful and fun.
The inn is just like it is pictured, clean, well appointed, comfortable and cozy. All rooms were spot on.
The kitchen is modern and well stocked. Had a great time in the big play room... easy fun. It is so close to downtown Cooperstown with great restaurants and the baseball Hall of Fame! Food stores are only a couple of minutes away - the location is great.
Then there is my fav.... the outdoor shower > the water is so warm... so relaxing.
Can't wait to visit again. You'll love it here! Thank you!!
