Our farm is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains in close proximity to Taos (11 miles) and It is only thirty minutes to Taos Ski Valley and Red River.

We raise organic goji berries and have baby lambs and chicks and miniature goats who graze in the summer. We also have an eco-lodge with historic rustic log cabins and adobe casitas for rent short and longer term.

The cabins are surrounded by national forest and the land has creeks, ponds, aspens and cottonwood trees, flower gardens, stone paths, goji, raspberry and apple orchards and great views of the mountains.

Our cabins have different sizes and price ranges and offer a great country retreat for writers and artists, couples or friends who seek solitude and families who would like to experience living on a farm. It is a great place to just to to kick back in, take walks or fis...

I took my daughter here for her birthday and we loved our stay in the Aldous Huxley cabin. The cabin is rustic, but has everything you need to have a most enjoyable stay...kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We loved waking up to the rooster...More

We would not have found this place if my brother had not known the owner's daughter's family. My husband, sister and I plus two dogs stayed here in this little cabin while my brother, his wife and daughter stayed in a beautiful little house down...More

I chose this cabin to escape from the Texas heat in August and received much more than I had expected. The hosts, Eric and Elizabeth not only provided a comfortable working organic farm setting complete with chickens and goats, but excellent company. I was able...More

About the neighbourhood
Our cabins are surrounded by national forest and the land has creeks, ponds, aspens and cottonwood trees, flower gardens, stone paths, goji, raspberry and apple orchards and great views of the mountains. Wonderful space for skiers, family retreats, artists writers or just to to kick back in, take walks or fish. Our place is also a bird sanctuary and a couple of dedicated bird watchers counted up tp 100 different species! There is a play ground outside and we are adding animals to our petting zoo.

Our place is close to natural hot springs and the Hondo river, swimmable in the summer, For the keen eyes, the surrounding hills have Indian pottery charts hidden under layers of dirt and sometimes popping up without effort.

Taos Ski Valley reminds us of the Swiss/French/Austrian founders&#...
