We do not rent to prom groups or senior week, NO exceptions*** This two-bedroom unit is located on the first floor in the front of this 3-unit house and is ideally located 1.5 half blocks to the Beach & the World Famous Wildwood Boardwalk. The interior space is modern and clean and features an open floor plan. Front porch seating area is exclusive to this unit. The unit contains many home creatures of comforts that you are accustomed to enjoying. Living room has a 40' flat screen Television (wireless internet/cable). The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom bunk. Both bedrooms have 32” TVs. Pillows, mattress covers, comforters and blankets ARE provided. Bathroom has a full size claw foot tub with a hand held and overhead shower. Guests are required to bring their own beds sheets and bath towels, these items are NOT provided. The Kitchen contains full size stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher) and is fully stocked with pots, pans, knives, cooking utensils, standard coffee pot, blender and place setting for six to include plates, bowls silverware, coffee mugs and drinking/wine glasses. Paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates as well as plastic cups/silverware/containers or any type of saran wrap/aluminum foil, dish detergent, etc. are NOT included. The property has a spacious backyard and is perfect for outdoor lounging and dining. The property also has an outside shower, located on the side of the house, so that you can rinse off after a wonderful day at the BEACH and a washer/dryer, in the back of the house. The backyard, shower and washer/dryer (laundry supplies are NOT included) are shared with the property's two other units. Street Parking Only. One parking pass is provided that allows FREE parking at any meter in Wildwood. Meters are only ½ block in each direction of the property. Most of where you want to be in WILDWOOD from our unit is within walking distance. Our motto is “PARK IT and WALK IT”. Beach tags are NEVER required at the Wildwood FREE beaches! No more than two dogs are permitted. Cats are NOT allowed. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 for one dog or $200.00 for two dogs for the week. Weekly rental Memorial Day to Labor Day - Saturday to Saturday ONLY No more than 5 guests are permitted to stay in the unit, NO exceptions. Check in is 3:00 PM; Check out is 10:00 AM We do NOT provide any type of beach supplies. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants (Duffers, One Fish/Two Fish, Ravioli House, The Mud Hen Brewery and Dog Tooth Bar & Grill) and Greens liquor store. So many things to see and do (just to name a few): deep sea fishing, golf courses, wineries, historical Cape May, boat and jet ski rental, Cape May County Zoo and Hereford light house.More

This trip was wonderful and the house well prepared. It is the best season for us to go. We did the dolphin watching as well as many biking trips. Even our dogs loved the ocean. Thanks to the Bakers as always for their lovely home.

We had a wonderful time last week. The house is so clean and organized. The backyard was a vacation in itself with a grill, a fire pit and lots of chairs to relax and enjoy each other. JoAnn and Shawn were very friendly and accommodating.

About the neighbourhood
The house is in a very family oriented and pet friendly neighborhood and is only 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We are far enough away from the center of town to avoid all the noise and busyness but yet close enough to enjoy the fun and festivities that Wildwood is famous for and has to offer. Our neighborhood brings together the old world charm of houses built in the 1940s and those homes that are newer. The neighborhood offers peace and relaxation that is to be expected for a vacation.

Street Parking Only. One parking pass is provided that allows FREE parking at any meter in Wildwood. Meters are only ½ block in each direction of the property. Most of where you want to be in WILDWOOD from our unit is within walking distance. Our motto is “PARK IT and WALK IT”. Public transportation and UBERs are available.
