Totally renovated with new floors, newly painted, new TV's and new beds and bed sets. Kept in a meticulously clean condition. The unit is as one would want when they are away from home.

First off we have no keys. Our doors are August Locked. That means that you simply need a smart phone. I am always accessible if there is something that needs attention. I also have an electrician, plumber, and handyman if needed (and hopefully there will be no need). Extremely familiar with the area as we have been vacationing in the Cape for nearly 30 years.

About the neighbourhood
The unit is very close to the bay. We're also very close to the United States Coast Guard station. It is very quiet and there is not a lot of activity that goes on your unit. We are right down the street from Cape May Bay. The views of Cape May Bay are gorgeous. In the morning, you can hear the fishing boats leaving the bay from the master bedroom balcony. We are about a half-mile from the Cape May Beaches. We are walking distance to the lobster house, the C-View, LuckBones and a few other restaurants.
Getting around
If you are a walker..welcome to paradise. Walking to down is no big deal and takes about 1/2 hour. The beac is a 15 minute walk and the bay is down the street. Bikes are the preferred mode from our house. Riding bikes through the back areas are safe. Cars only if you must. Parking can ruin the entire experience. There is never enough parking downtown. We have been calling Uber if we plan to celebrate and have more than the legal limit (whatever that may be).

Exit Zero is a good start. We are at the end of the parkway and next to the US Coast Guard Training Facility. While our address is 1005 Pittsburgh...unit 102 is actually on Missouri.
