Interaction with guests:
We are available if needed but generally assume you want to relax and not be bothered. If we are out working in yard, feel free to interact. We ask that you respect our home and treat it as you would your own. Common courtesy when it comes to noise and intrusion. We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand we have young kids and this is meant to be a family-friendly environment not a party house. We try to keep our kids from interfering with your stay but kids can be kids so just please understand it's not completely silent :)
During the day you can adjust the thermostat to your comfort level but at night we ask that you maintain 65 or less in the winter. In the summer please turn off air conditioning when away.
While this space is physically attached to our house, it is completely private and separated from the other areas of the house. This is our primary home and also a working farm so...

How to get there
Car is best way to get around this area. There is no public transportation to speak of. Closest airports are Portland, ME, Manchester, NH, Boston, MA.
You can use GPS to find Browns Ridge Rd., but do not trust after that. We are roughly 3 miles from Courthouse Square from the West and 1.5 miles from Rte 16 from the East. Blue house with red barn.
Most GPS systems will say Ossipee although we are officially in Wolfeboro.
