Overall it was good. Not the cleanest. The shower curtain in the master should be changed, it was slimy. The only rug had a number of crumbs and popcorn kernels. There was an extension cord with bare wires exposed, not good for kids.

We really enjoyed our first stay at Lake of the Oz...
We really enjoyed our first stay at Lake of the Ozarks. We were looking for a quieter location for a family of four and this delivered. The pool was great, the docks were perfect, and the condo was in great condition. We will definitely stay again!

Overall it was a great place to stop on our roadtrip. Had everything we needed, and enough beds for all of us.
Checkin was smooth and Jason responded to me quickly. We did have an issue while we stayed and Jason worked on it as quickly as he could to fix it. If life ever brought us back to the area I would consider staying here again.

We love the lake and have rented condos from Jason...
We love the lake and have rented condos from Jason in the past and will continue to rent his properties because they are always clean and we haven’t had any problems at all. Only one thing I would like to change and that’s the use of the fire place, it’s for owners use only at this time.

Condo was just as pictured, the pools were clean and the water was perfect temperature. The only complaint was the wifi was weak so kids were unable to hook up devices and watch Roku. Also master bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

Place was very clear. Host was great to work with. The only downfall I would say is the internet was not great. Otherwise great place. We will go back next year!!!!!
