We have a property management company which is available 24 hours per day by phone or text. The property manager will meet you on your arrival to make sure you have the needed garage door remote and keys and answer any questions about how to use the security system. We hire a professional maid service that cleans the bathroom and kitchen weekly. We hire a landscaping service that visits the house a few times per week to water the lawn, take care of the plants, rake the lawn or shovel the snow as needed, and keep things looking neat and tidy.

Then I'll draft up a lease agreement for you to review, and if you like, we can discuss the terms over e-mail or phone. Once you are comfortable with the terms of the lease agreement, you'll need to sign the agreement (it's easy to sign it from your phone or computer using Docusign). Meanwhile you'll need to submit the results of your credit check (you pay for this online for $15.99 from Experian). If you don't like the terms of the lease agreement or if something doesn't check out OK, then either of us can cancel according to FlipKey's cancellation policies and/or grace period.

Wonderful location, right around the corner from the excitement and night life of Westport. Just a block or two from the 24-hour grocery store, coffee shops, retail shopping, and restaurants. Walking distance (20 minutes) from the Plaza! Nearby you'll find the Kansas City Art Institute, KU Medical Center, and KUMC. Walking distance to several bus lines including the MAX on Main Street. It's a house with PARKING for 1 car in the garage, and another in the driveway; parking is a real bonus in this vibrant, bustling neighborhood.
