Our home is located in Newton Corner, Massachusetts, 10 min driving to Downtown Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Davis Sq, Harvard sq, Porter Sq. Back Bay, Faneuil Hall & Quincy Market, Beacon Hill, North End, South End, Brookline, Historic Neighborhood etc. It is very convenient for living, and you will find Gas Station, Drug stores, YMCA gyms, cleaners, banks as well Bars & Restaurants in the local area. It is also few min driving to Route 9, 30, 128, I-95 and I-90 Massachusetts Turnpike (MassPike). The whole house is available. Jacuzzi, Washer & Dryer, Free High Speed WiFi Internet, 40' Smart TV. Unlimited Street Parking, Outside deck and Backyard. We are friendly and welcoming to all our guests. We will wait for you at the house to show you around and explaining how things work. Worse house on the block

Place was not maintained, bathtub needed to be cleaned before use. Air conditioner filter was filthy and caused the A/C to freeze up during our stay. Carpet in dining area was rolled up and caused a tripping hazard, grass was over grown, futon did not...More

Cathy and her husband was our first unreasonable guests who can not follow house rulls and do not know how to operate AC controller. Our house is listed on Airbnb under Superhost account with more than 90 5-star reviews!!!

About the neighbourhood
Our street is very quiet and beautiful dead end, and the neighbors are very kind. It is a quick walk to Express Buses in Newton Corner. The famous Charles River runs at the back of the neighborhood, and you can walk to the Charles River in 15 min. enjoying bicycling, rollerblading and walking along the river all the way to Downtown Boston and Esplanade. It is close to Newton Center, Harvard Square in Cambridge, Kenmore and Copley Square, Back Bay and Downtown Boston.
Getting around
Our home is 5 min driving to Newton Center, 5 min walk to Express Buses to Cambridge, Brookline, Downtown Boston and Logan Airport. It is very convenient for living. 40 min driving to Cape Cod, 1 hour to New Hampshire, VT. 40 min to the closest ski areas.
