This large house on Little Neck hill will be a great vacation experience for your family this season. Five beds, numerous hangout spaces, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Access to the private beach is just a few hundred yards away. Same with Pavilion Beach. Visit the area beaches and seaside towns, go on a whale watch or take a day trip into Boston by train. A great community with neighborhood activities and warmth.

About the neighbourhood
This community is unique and friendly. Many of the cottages here are long standing family summer homes. There is a lot of heritage. You will feel it as you walk and talk to people here. On Little Neck you can walk to Little Neck private beach and Pavilion public beach. Nearby are several good beaches, most notably Crane beach which is across the ocean river. You can drive about 20 minutes to get to that side of the river. There is an entrance/parking fee.
Nearby are the towns of Salem, Rockport, Gloucester, Newburyport or even go into Boston. Rowley and Essex feature great places for antique hunting.
You'll need a car usually. Although there is a commuter rail in the town center.
