1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay.
2. Your security deposit will be used for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $35 per hour.
3. Our occupancy limits are very strict and include daytime guests. If you intend on going over the person limit at any time it must be pre-approved.
Scorton Shores is a much desired and very nice beach on Cape Cod Bay in East Sandwich. Peaceful association off of Route 6A with quiet streets, year round residents and summer guests too! Located near the home are shops, restaurants and beautiful scenery. Enjoy driving route 6A towards Sandwich Village or take a day trip all the way to Provincetown and really take in the sights.
