    Walking distance to Rockville Metro station, Rockville MARC/Amtrak Station, Capital Bikeshare station, and easy to get to highway 355, 270. Many well-known restaurants, grocery stores, Chinese super markets, drug stores, libraries, movie theaters and gyms and famous Rockville Town Center are in walking distance. Very convenient for travelers. The house is right by the Maryvale park and backyard are surrounded by the park trees. 7 feet fenced yard gives you a lot of privacy. Plenty of parking space, in the driveway (3 car spaces) or the street in front of the house. This is a No smoking/ No party/No drug house. Please treat it as your own house. Cleaning house twice: before you check in and after you check out to lower your costs.     Cozy & convenient

    Very clean, comfortable & convienient house. We stayed for nearly 2 weeks there. Jane the owner welcome us with some fruits and milk and answered our questions patiently and fast. The house is walking distance to the Rockville metro station and Square with all needed...More

Since my property is near by public transportation, You can ride public bus or metro to get to my place. The easiest way to get my place from IAD is to take Redline metro.
