Cottage
In the middle of the breathtaking Danube Delta, our holiday home is a restored Lipovan house, with a traditional exterior and an up to date and warm interior, able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and one baby (in a crib). The two bedrooms are completed by a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, so you can feel like at home.
There are multiple leisure possibilities, from enjoying yourselves in the big yard, barbecuing and relaxing in the gazebo or on the pontoon on the river, to hiking or biking (free bicycles included) up and down the village and on the canal more inland from the village, to going on boat trips to famous places like the Letea Forest, Mila 23 village, Sulina port and beach, lakes and canals full of wild animals and breathtaking nature and views.

About the neighbourhood
Gorgova is a village on the Sulina branch of the Danube, right in the middle of the Danube Delta. With such a location, boat trips from this location can be done in all directions, towards interest points like Mila 23, Sulina (port and beach at the Black Sea), Letea Forest, Caraorman and many other lakes and canals, full of wilderness.
Getting around
Discovery of the surroundings can be done on foot or by bicycles (available for free), while boat trips (with variable lenghts, according to your desires) can be arranged locally (trips to Sulina, Letea, Caraorman, Mila 23, Gorgova Lake). Canoeing is also possible.

How to get there
The recommended way to get to the property is by speed boat from Tulcea (multiple companies offer the service for the same price, on an hourly basis, the car can be parked safely in the port and the trip lasts about 45'). Otherwise, there is also access by car to Partizani, from where boat transfers can be done by locals (we can assist you in finding the most suitable option for you). Getting to the property by car is possible, but not recommended, as there are some kilometers of dirt road after Partizani, problematic especially if it rains.
