Off the kitchen is a beautiful sunny decked area complete with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or simply for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, satellite television and wood burner stove. - Large kitchen area - Dining area - Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: twin sleeping 2 - Bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin & toilet Outside Beachside Avenue Holiday Home is a large shared enclosed garden with garden furniture provided. Wifi is available at the property. Local area & Tourist Attractions Local Courtown is a very popular holiday destination for a fun filled seaside family holiday in the South East. Things to do in the local area: - Ardamine Beach - Courtown centre: restaurants, cafes, pubs, sporting facilities. - Courtown Gold Club - Equestrian centre - Arcades - Amusement Park: Pirates Cove - West Gate Heritage tower - National Heritage Park - Gorey - Wexford town IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The daily rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Arrival days during peak season: From June 26th until September 3rd this beautiful seaside holiday home is available to book for minimum 7nights stay arrival on a Friday and depart on a Friday only. 4.
