This unique 280m2 home is designed in four levels and able to accommodate 8 persons. On the first level, you have an open space of living room, kitchen and dining room. A 12-meter glass door offers magnificent views and access to the garden and the pool!

On the first floor, you find 4 spacious bedrooms each one designed in two levels and one large bathroom. The master bedroom is ensuite.

Finally, there is a basement playroom area with a bathroom that can also be used to accommodate extra persons or serve guests traveling with staff. One more bathroom is available on this level.

It is an excellent home where you can enjoy total privacy and ideal for vacations and excursions exploring the city of Athens or the nearby beaches and sights such as the Marathon Sight and Lake, Chalkis town and Evia island or Schinias area.

• Bedrooms
On the first floor, there are four spacious modern bedrooms each one designed in two levels. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a queen size bed, a wardrobe, side tables and its second level offers a study and sitting area. The two bedrooms have double beds and study area. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and it is a really fun room for children as there are a lot of toys. There is a large bathroom with double sinks on the same level.

• Bathrooms
There is one suite bathroom on the master bedroom. One more large bathroom serves the rest 3 bedrooms. A third bathroom is on the basement. All bathrooms are totally new and beautifully designed with sinks, toilets and showers. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.

• Kitchen
A beautiful designer kitchen with high quality counters is fully equipped and guaranteed to inspire you for some unique Mediterranean dishes. Top of the line appliances, dishwasher, microwave, espresso maker, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine are all available. There is a ceiling fan.

• Living Room
Going through the main entrance you enter a spacious open living room with modern stylish kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The living room has comfortable sofas, different kinds of furniture and is decorated in earthy colors and textiles.

Beautiful pictures, ornaments, and lampshades create a relaxing atmosphere. There is a fireplace and of course large windows and doors offering access to outdoors dining table and chairs. A 12-meter glass door offers superb views to the garden and swimming pool.
