We make ourselves available every day to answer questions. Renting properties is our business. We have 5 premium properties on Tybee Island and have been renting condos since 2003. If you have a question or need recommendations, just ask and we will promptly reply.

We partner with a local agency on the island for cleaning, repairs and any needs while you are there. They do a great job and have a 24-hour emergency line. We have the 'feet on the ground' for you to make your experience wonderful.

we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with our two college aged children, it had a private hot tub which we loved. the condo was spacious, beds were comfy. the pools were really nice and having a full service restaurant and bar on site was awesome. This condo was very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It is nicely located if you are looking for a quiet part of the island. The furnishings look to be on the newer side. The only drawback for me is the fact that you can't see the beach from any windows. Great condo.

Airport: Savannah/Hilton Head : 45.0 km
Tybee Island is easily accessible through Savannah via Highway 80. Tybee Island is only 17 miles or 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. Savannah/Hilton Head Airport is the closest at 30 miles away, about a 40-minute drive. Many guests choose to fly to Atlanta because flights can be much less costly, rent a car and then drive the 4 hours -- mostly highway.
