Cade's Place at Shady Oaks is far from ordinary. Nestled in the tiny historic town of Tiger just 3 miles south of Clayton. It is a recently renovated century old guest house . From the red tin roof to the rustic decor and our outdoor shower, this tiny cottage has a cozy farmhouse feel with all the creature comforts of today. The gas fireplace, pillow-top mattress on the queen bed, full kitchen, super fast wifi, flat screen tvs with Roku, Kuerig coffee maker w/ coffee provided. The large patio provides guests with an opportunity for outdoor living and breathing in the fresh mountain air. Complete with a dining table, ceiling fan, new gas grill and porch swing. No smoking. Children must be not be on grounds without close parental supervision. Please keep dogs off furniture. Dogs should be on leash when outside the cottage. Dogs must be indoors, not barking, in crate when left inside cottage alone or see our boarding at Shady Oaks Kennel nearby.
