Welcome to Marsh Oaks! Our home has just been renovated with new furnishings to make your stay even better. Watch the sun set over the beautiful Marshes of Glynn, under hundred year old live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss in this 2600 square foot marsh-front home with a large front and back yard. All three bedrooms are large and well furnished. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds with an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two double beds. There are flat screen televisions in all three bedrooms, as well as in the den, and wireless Internet. A formal living room and dining room, den and garden room with all glass overlooking the marsh give you a lot of space in your home-away-from-home.

There is a full kitchen, a fireplace, a full-size washer/dryer, and plenty of room in the 2-car garage.

Marsh vistas framed by ancient oaks in a large comfortable home. Nested in the quiet and beautiful Saint Clair neighbor this place is a wonderful place to relax. With all of its privacy , it is situated not far from restaurants and the all important Harris Teeter grocery. Convenience, beauty and comfort- this place has it all.

Upon arrival we were disappointed with the appearance and lack of curb appeal. Once entering the home were taken by its large space and amenities. Further investigating found the back to be in much need of updates and repairs. The garage door was peeling and the outside furniture was a mess. The house has so much charm that we chose...
