I have been visiting Seaside since the 90s and have stayed all over the development. This property is hands down our favorite. Amazing location, easy access to the beach, very calm and comfortable decor, and well cared for. We had a minor issue with the wifi. HOC was out in minutes to resolve the issue. HOC is by far the best service in Seaside. I look for their properties first when booking in Seaside.

My family of four celebrated Thanksgiving at Mamas Happy and it was perfect! The house is in a great location- close to the beach, to the pool and to the shops. We loved using the complementary bikes and also played tennis on the Seaside courts. The house was perfect for the four of us- very comfortable with great closet space, and the porches were a perfect place to gather with our extended family. It was our first time to spend Thanksgiving at the beach and we are considering making it a new tradition.

Mama's Happy made this mama very happy! The house was so close to the beach access and the town. We walked or biked every where. My adult children loved the house and Seaside. We can't wait to return.

We found Mamas Happy to meet our expectations — central location near the beach, well cared for, clean, and a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy and the balconies spacious. We could easily walk to the beach, the central square, and WaterColor. The property management folks were friendly and quick to respond.
